Kerri Kolen is a Senior Publishing and Audio Executive who has built a career in developing bestselling, award-winning content for some of the industry's most influential brands, including Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, Audible, and Pushkin Industries. Across twenty-five years, she has combined creative insight with commercial strategy to grow divisions and launch new business models — acquiring and editing major books, producing original audio and scripted projects, and building partnerships that extend stories across formats. Her teams have earned recognition from the Audie Awards, PEN Awards, The Los Angeles Times Book Prize, and the Grammys.

As a third culture kid born in Bombay, India, and raised in Dubai, UAE, and Toronto, Canada, Tania is shaped by a love for fashion, literature, and film, and brings a global lens and cinematic approach to storytelling, creative direction, event production, and experiential marketing. Lovingly called the “Word Magician” and “Voice Alchemist,” she is known for designing editorial-style visuals and creating brand worlds that feel visceral, luxurious, and unforgettable.
